Rev. Peter Francis Mockler (“Fr. Pete”)
November 4, 1948 – January 30, 2014
Pastor of St. Ann Lizana & Our Lady of Chartres Mission
1980 – 1988 & 2001 – 2014
We thank God for Fr. Pete’s 40 years of dedicated service as a priest. He has been a part of the lives of so many people, not only at St. Ann’s & Our Lady of Chartres, but throughout the Diocese of Biloxi. His kind, gentle spirit will be so greatly missed by so many.
May we find consolation knowing that Fr. Pete is resting now in the arms of our Heavenly Father, whom we thank for sending us his son, Peter, to watch over our community with such loving care. May his great example of faith always live on as an inspiration to us all.
May Fr. Pete and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
